Our story
Since being in the kitchen from the age of 15, Joni has cheffed across a variety of cuisines. Most notably, launching his own fully licenced award winning restaurant after a series of pop up tasting menues around East Antrim. The Lighthouse Bistro ran for 8 years, promoting excellent local produce and excellent wines from the best local merchants. Now, Joni is concentrating on his baking of sourdough and supplying the coffee shop, Cove, in Glenarm.

Cove is our neighbourhood coffee shop in the heart of Glenarms historic village which lies along the famous Causeway Coastal Route. You'll find us near
The Barbican Gate and a short walk from Glenarms enchanting Forest and bustling harbour.
Cove displays and sells a range of local art including watercolours, oil on canvas and ceramics from local artists and potters inspired by sea and land. You'll find Cove at 2 Castle Street, Glenarm, BT44 0AT.
